Celebrate like it’s Victory in Europe Day (VE DAY), May 1945 style!

The Churchill Society of Pennsylvania and the International Churchill Society welcome you to the first ever Winston Churchill Victory Gala aboard America’s most decorated Battleship, the USS New Jersey! This first of its kind event commemorates the twin anniversaries of the day Churchill became Prime Minister in May of 1940 and the day in May of 1945 when de declared Victory in Europe. Churchillians from far and wide will gather to honor the leadership of the 20^th Century’s Greatest Statesman. Style, elegance and history come together for a very special evening with Keynote remarks by Vice Admiral Michael Franken, the first commanding officer of the USS Winston S. Churchill. You’ll also be treated to special remarks from the Executive Director of the International Churchill Society, Justin Reash.

Rare and unique auction and raffle items will be available and one lucky winner will ceremonially fire one of the guns of the Battleship New Jersey to close the night! Proceeds from the event support the International Churchill Society (ICS) and the Battleship New Jersey Museum and Memorial.
