Women Leading Technology’s goal is to help increase education and career opportunities for girls and women in Science, Technology, Engineering, Architecture, the Arts, and Math (STEAAM). Subsequently, our mission is to create avenues for girls to attend WLT's STEAAM Experience For Girls, which empowers them for the future through hands-on learning experiences in STEAAM. Our initiatives are centered on raising awareness and funds to support this much-needed resource and are designed to address the lack of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) and create opportunities worldwide.
