We've gathered a bunch of wonderful items for you to bid and win on to support the Woodside PFC.

Your contributions will help fund our science lab and library, field trips, education gardens, and our student and classroom enrichment programs.

Auction Rules:

All items must be paid in full and through the auction site.
All items must be picked up from Woodside Elementary by Friday, May 3rd. Woodside PFC will communicate times for pick-up.
All sales are final. There will be no refunds or exchanges of items.
Woodside PFC is not responsible for any lost or non-redeemable certificates, coupons or vouchers.
Many of our auction items and services are donated with special restrictions and/or conditions. It is each bidder's responsibility to read the special restrictions noted.
Woodside PFC has attempted to correctly describe and catalog all items, but property is sold "as is" and Woodside PFC neither warrants nor represents, and in no event will be responsible for the correctness of descriptions, genuineness, authorship, provenance or condition of property.
Purchasers of items from the auction assume all risk associated with the items and refunds or exchanges are not available. Additionaly, some items may require additional costs associated with use, such as gratuities, taxes, cleaning fees or deposits. Purchasers are responsible for the assumption of these fees where applicable.
In determining the tax liability of items purchased at auctions, Revenue Ruling #670246 issued August 4, 1988, reminds buyers that no deduction is allowable except to the extent that the taxpayer can show that his/her payment exceeded fair market value at retail of the item or service received. Values indicated for some items are estimates only and not warranted by the Woodside PFC for such purposes. Please consult your tax professional to determine value of your donation.
