The Avondale Elementary School PTA invites you to support our signature event: the 2023 Fall Festival. Set for Thursday, October 26^th from 5-8 pm, the fest is free and open to everyone in the community and is sure to be an evening full of fun! Be sure to check the "Auction" tap at the top of this page to view and bid on our auction items. Even if you can't attend in person, you can still support us with a donation, or you can bid online in the silent auction!

We invite you to make a donation, bid on the many silent auction items (sign up to bid online/on your mobile device, from home or at the Fall Fest), or just come and enjoy a night with family, friends and neightbors, filled with fun activities for all! See the poster above for a list of activites. We will have free hot dogs and chips, and Taco Morro Loco will be here serving up delicious tacos, and more, for purchase. Forest Park Pops will be here giving out FREE (donation welcome) popsicles, so arrive early to get one while they last! We'll also have a hot cocoa bar thanks to Redeemer Community Church, to help keep you warm if it is a chilly evening! Home Depot has sponsored a photo backdrop, so be sure to snap a pic with your friends or family!

Funds raised at the Fall Fest will support after-school programs, fill classroom needs, make school upgrades, and show appreciation to our phenomenal Avondale teachers.

Auction will be open for bidding starting Monday, October 23rd, and will be live until 7:30pm on October 26th.

A LITTLE ABOUT OUR PTA:

Established in 1923, Avondale Elementary School serves Pre-K – 5^th grade students from the Crestline, Crestwood North, Crestwood South, East Avondale, Eastwood, Forest Park, Highland Park, Overton, Redmont Park, Southside, and South Woodlawn neighborhoods.

Our PTA supports teachers, staff, and Avondale administration in reaching their potential. We advocate for kids and families to get the best education. We are an inclusive space for parents and families. We host community and knowledge building activities for our school community.
