The Nature Connection is a non-profit nature center that has been part of the Concord, MA community for over 40 years providing therapeutic & educational nature programs. Our aim is to build community and inspire wonder through nature to promote mental health, social connection, and a deeper bond between people and the natural world.

Primarily working with youth in therapeutic schools & residential settings, day centers for adults and seniors with disabilities and/or medical care needs, and memory care units for elders with dementia/Alzheimer's; The Nature Connection supports the human spirit by brining nature to those who need it most.

Your support helps to sustain The Nature Connection and allows us to continue making over 3,500 connections with nature every year. Through your support we are empowered to:

Increase our program partners and work with organizations that cannot afford program fees
Meet the daily, weekly, and annual needs of our animals
Offer weekly public programming to create a community space for nature lovers
Build and maintain a team of volunteers to help bring nature to those who need it most
