In 2021, on our 25th Anniversary, Councilmember Vincent Gray declared June 26th to be "Life Pieces To Masterpieces Day" in the District of Columbia! Five years later, in 2026, we are now celebrating our 30th Anniversary, beginning with Courage on Canvas: Ever Forward, our largest annual art exhibition and fundraiser, where we raised a record-breaking $206,000!

Now, join us in honoring three decades of Life Pieces To Masterpieces by helping us raise $300,000 by June 26th!

For the very first time in our organization's history, we are expanding to two sites: our flagship signature site serving our Ward 7 youth and families, and a second site in Ward 8 as we join a rich hub of non-profit organizations as the 15th partner of THEARC!

We are committed to doubling our reach, stabilizing our facilities, deepening our impact, and creating a sanctuary of creativity and growth for young Black men in every neighborhood East of the Anacostia River. We need your support at this exciting time of growth and expansion!
