About Us:

Founded with a vision to nurture and empower the next generation, 100 Black Men of Syracuse has been a pillar of hope and growth for young people in our community. Since our inception, we have dedicated ourselves to the educational and personal development of our youth through robust programs in education, mentorship, and service.

Each year, we reach out to 250 students, offering them not just academic support but also the tools they need for real-world success. Our programs cover a wide range of subjects from financial literacy to entrepreneurship, all designed to prepare students for their futures both in and out of the classroom.

The journey of our students often comes with significant challenges, including financial barriers that can put their higher education and career dreams at risk. This is where the power of community and philanthropy shines. Your support, along with that of our local business and civic leaders, is crucial. It enables us to continue providing these vital programs and opens doors for our students that might otherwise remain closed.
