This concert celebrates the legacy of Black, Queer Voices from the Harlem Renaissance to today. We will perform works by Langston Hughes and Ma Rainey, music by artists and scholars integral to MUSE's culture, including Dr. Bernice Johnson Reagon, and engaging today's artists whose works are newly brought into choral repertoire. Special guest artist, Siri Imani, joins MUSE for a performance of her original songs.
