Thank you for completing the first step of your Camp Create registration. We will also need the information in this Google form in order for your registration to be complete. Please note that both payment and the Google form are required for registration.

Camp is held at Headwaters Arts Center, 66 Main Street, Stamford, NY
August 10 – 13 & 17 – 20, 10a-2p

Camp begins at 10a and ends at 2p. Please drop your child off a few minutes before 10a (but no earlier than 9:45a) so that camp activities can begin promptly. Pick up will take place at 2p each day. If someone other than a person listed on your registration form is going to pick up your camper, RAG staff must be notified in writing in advance. Please add their contact information to the form below.

We ask that campers come each day with a packed lunch, a water bottle, and the sun/outdoor protection you feel they may need for the occasional walk to the park and other outdoor spots. Please also make sure your camper is dressed for outdoor and/or messy activities.
