For over three decades, Samaritan Counseling Center of Southern Wisconsin has been a place people turn when life feels overwhelming by offering compassionate, high-quality counseling for individuals, couples, and families across southern Wisconsin.

Each year, thousands of hours of care are provided to people navigating anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. In 2025 alone, our team provided over 6,000 hours of counseling, serving 467 clients across 21 counties.

As a nonprofit, we are committed to making care accessible to everyone, regardless of background, beliefs, or financial situation. Because when someone is struggling, getting help shouldn’t feel out of reach.
