Restorative Houston is a community-centered nonprofit organization dedicated to building connection, accountability, healing, and belonging through restorative justice practices.

We believe many of the challenges we face today — isolation, conflict, harm, burnout, and disconnection — cannot be solved through punishment or avoidance. Instead, healing begins when people are given space to be heard, understood, and supported in community.

One of the primary ways we do this is through restorative circles — a practice rooted in Indigenous traditions that creates space for people to reflect, listen deeply, share openly, and build stronger relationships with themselves and others. Unlike debate or discussion spaces focused on “winning” or fixing one another, circles invite us into curiosity, compassion, and collective care.

Our community circles explore topics connected to emotional well-being, social justice, identity, healing, conflict transformation, and community care. No prior experience with restorative justice is needed. Whether you come to share, listen, learn, or simply be present, you are welcome here.
