Women can gain hands-on training in guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, administration, reservations, event coordination, customer service, business operations, leadership, and management. These are not simply hotel skills. They are transferable skills that can open doors throughout Costa Rica and beyond hospitality altogether.
Some may build careers with Casa Esperanza. Some may grow into supervisors or managers. Others may take their experience into established hotels, restaurants, businesses, or entirely different careers. The goal is not to keep people dependent on us. The goal is to equip them to move forward without us.

We are not simply trying to fund another program. We are working toward building something that can keep creating opportunity long after the initial gift has been given.

Our vision ultimately reaches beyond a paycheck. We want women to discover their abilities, develop confidence, experience healthy relationships, learn responsibility and leadership, understand their God-given value, and encounter the transforming love of Jesus.
And one day, the woman who walked through the doors looking for an opportunity may be the manager welcoming another woman who needs someone to believe in her.

Casa Esperanza is a future vision we are actively working toward. The property has not yet been acquired, and we want to be transparent about that. This campaign is about helping move Casa Esperanza from vision toward reality—preparing for the property, development, training environment, launch, and operating infrastructure required to build it responsibly.
Our goal is not simply to open a hotel. It is to build a sustainable business that creates meaningful work, develops future leaders, generates revenue, and strengthens the mission for years to come.
