Our Story

The Cascadia Premier League (CPL) has been part of the Pacific Northwest soccer landscape for several years, providing competitive opportunities for adult men’s and women’s clubs across the region.

Earlier this year we had the opportunity to purchase and relaunch the league, and we couldn’t pass up the chance to help shape its future.

Since taking over, we have been working hard behind the scenes to revitalize the league and build a stronger foundation for the years ahead. That includes a new look, a new website, new organizational structure, and a renewed vision for how the league can serve clubs and players across the Pacific Northwest.

Our goal is simple:

To create a competitive, well-organized platform where adult players can continue playing the game they love while representing their communities and clubs.

As part of this new chapter for CPL, we are also introducing new competition opportunities, including the Northwest Champions Cup, which will bring together top teams from the Cascadia Premier League to compete for a regional title.

Looking ahead, we have plans to continue expanding the league beyond its current structure and create more opportunities for players and clubs throughout the Pacific Northwest to compete and stay connected to the game year-round.

Launching this new era of the Cascadia Premier League comes with a lot of behind-the-scenes work and investment — from administration and scheduling to referees, insurance, marketing, and building the infrastructure needed to help the league grow.

That’s why we created the CPL Founders Club.

The Founders Club gives friends, supporters, and members of the soccer community the opportunity to help kick-start this new chapter of the Cascadia Premier League and be part of building something meaningful for soccer in the Northwest.

Everyone who contributes will be recognized as a Founding Supporter of the Cascadia Premier League’s new era and will forever be part of the story of how this next chapter of the league began.

We would welcome all donations but for the purposes of how each will be displayed on the webpage we have split the donations into 5 tiers

We will publish all of our founders club members on our webpage and social media on our Founders Club Wall of honor permanently in recognition of each persons help making our dream become a reality.
