On August 10, 2026, a 7.4 magnitude earthquake shook western Colombia while families were just starting their morning. Homes came down, schools and hospitals were damaged, and hundreds of people lost their lives. Thousands more lost everything they had.

For CBOB, Colombia is not just a place we work. It is family. And when family goes through something this hard, we do not look away. We show up, the same way we always have.

That is what "Siempre," always, means to us. So CBOB is coming together to stand with three communities that need us most right now.

Cali 💛

Home to about 2 million people, Cali saw 30 buildings come down, including a large part of a hospital. Families here are picking up the pieces and need our help to do it.

Pereira 💛

In Pereira, whole neighborhoods were flattened and even the cable cars families rely on to get around stopped running. This partner works closely with the viejitos, the elders of the community who need extra care right now.

Partner organization: SINDHEP - Sindicato de Defensores y Defensoras de Derechos Humanos de la Defensoria del Pueblo

Choco 💛

Choco sat right at the center of the quake. It is one of the most beautiful and most under resourced parts of Colombia, tucked deep in the jungle and often reachable only by boat or small plane. That makes getting help there even more urgent.

Where Your Money Goes

Every dollar you give is split between our three partner families in Cali, Pereira, and Choco, going straight to shelter, medical care, food, and rebuilding.
