West Chester Dance Works Holiday Show — Saturday, December 12, 2026

Give your favorite dancer a special moment in the spotlight! Family and friends are invited to celebrate their dancer with a personalized Memory Shoutout or Memory Ad in our Holiday Show program.

Our program will be printed in full color, with a limited number of printed copies available at the show. All Memory Ads will also appear in our Digital Program.

Choose from four options:

Memory Shoutout — $10: A text-only message, limited to 15 words.
Quarter Page — $20: 2.5″ × 4″.
Half Page — $35: 5″ × 4″.
Full Page — $50: 5″ × 8″.

All Memory Ads will appear in both the Printed Performance Program and Digital Program.

For the $10 Memory Shoutout: Enter your message during checkout.

For larger Memory Ads: Enter your message and upload your photos or completed artwork during checkout, or email them to kimcarr@wcdw.org at a later time. Photos are optional, and text-only tributes are welcome. If submitting your own completed artwork, files must be 300 DPI and sized to your selected ad dimensions in PDF, PNG, or JPG format.

Deadline: Monday, November 30, 2026.

Thank you for helping us celebrate our dancers!
