Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to your Ford NGL team please ensure that all registration cancellations are made via e-mail to amy@meeting-services.org. Cancellations must be received by October 21, 2026. A $75 administrative fee applies to all cancellations. If registration is not canceled by the deadline you are responsible for the full registration.

Please note that canceling your event registrations does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation. Hotel cancellations must be made directly with the hotel 72 hours in advance.
