ABOUT THE WORKSHOP SERIES • CENTER is hosting a statewide series of hands-on printing workshops, bringing professional printmaking resources directly to communities across New Mexico. These workshops focus on the process of creating high-quality photographic and fine art prints using professional Canon printers. Designed for photographers, artists, and any creative people interested in reproducing their images, creating marketing materials, and more. The workshop will offer practical, hands-on experience preparing and printing images for exhibition, personal projects, or sale.

PARTICIPANTS WILL:

Learn the fundamentals of fine art printing and file preparation
Work directly with professional printing equipment
Create and take home their own high-quality prints
Have access to the CENTER Digital Printing Lab

Workshops are open to ALL EXPERIENCE LEVELS and are designed to be accessible to a wide range of participants. A suggested materials donation helps cover the cost of paper and printing supplies while keeping the program accessible to all.

WHAT TO BRING:

• Digital Files (many can be accommodated including .jpg, .png, .pdf, .psd)
• Your laptop or iPad. NOTE- for those without laptops or iPads you can send your images to the instructor during the class for printing.

This series is part of CENTER’s broader effort to expand access to creative resources across New Mexico and connect artists, photographers, and creative entrepreneurs with tools, knowledge, and community.

CENTER will also have open printing hours available in their Digital Lab in Santa Fe, for participants to continue producing professional-quality prints beyond the workshop.
