Join us for our special Holiday Open House at the Center for Great Apes! This festive event is the perfect way to support our sanctuary while enjoying a day of fun and giving back. Explore our gift shop, grab a bite from a food truck, admire and purchase unique ape art, and take part in our auction and raffle. Plus, enjoy a peaceful sanctuary stroll where you can witness the incredible apes that you help support. We would love to have you join us and celebrate the season of giving!

Current members are admitted FREE but must register for tickets.

Guests of members $50 each | School-aged guests are $25 each

Parking for the event is available at 1020 Maude Rd, Wauchula, FL. The Gizzy's of Nutley Pizza food truck, shopping, and photo-ops will open at 11:30 AM, so come early to enjoy great food and browse through unique items before the festivities begin!

NEW this Holiday Open House! LillyBugs Photography will be available for a photo op starting at 11:30 AM. Take a memorable photo for your holiday greeting cards or one to remember your trip to the Center for Great Apes. We'll have our great ape resident cardboard cutouts to add some "ape flare" if desired.

$30 for 1 photograph or $50 for 3 photographs | Digital copies of your photographs will be emailed to you after the event.

(Food truck items and photos are not included in the event entrance. However, a portion of sales will be donated to the sanctuary!)
