Join us for an inspiring afternoon as we honor the people making a profound difference in the lives of those with disabilities in Sumner County. We will be presenting awards in 6 categories: Parent Advocate of the Year, Champion Employer, Community Outreach Star, Special Needs Group of the Year, Self-Advocate of the Year, and Rising Star. The event will also include a silent auction and lunch will be served. Proceeds will go to the SCSNC.

The mission of the Sumner County Special Needs Collaborative (SCSNC) is to improve the livability of Sumner County for individuals with special needs, disabilities, or neurodivergence by supporting families through our our three programs: Information Connections, School Connections, and Caregiver Connections. SCSNC is a 501(c)3 and was founded in 2020.
