Help Us Change the Culture of Tampa

There are incredible people and organizations making Tampa a better place every day.

The problem is that most people never hear about them.

Change Culture Tampa exists to change that.

We’re building a creative community impact platform designed to connect the people doing good with the people, businesses, resources, and attention that can help them do more of it.

Every month, we’re putting our resources toward three things:

TELL THE STORIES.
We produce cinematic projects and ongoing CTC Tampa vlogs highlighting local organizations, causes, and people making a real difference—then use media to get those stories in front of people who may have never otherwise gotten involved.

BRING PEOPLE TOGETHER.
Our monthly Change Culture Tampa gatherings bring community leaders, creatives, business owners, nonprofit leaders, and young adults into the same room. We highlight the people doing the work, have conversations about what our city actually needs, and turn those conversations into action.

CREATE THE CHANGE.
We don’t want to stop at awareness. Throughout the year, we organize collaborations, volunteer opportunities, impact projects, and creative campaigns that give our community tangible ways to participate.

Our starting goal is to build a $7,500 monthly community-funded operating budget that allows us to consistently execute this work.

That funds:

4 Local impact projects and activations
One flagship cinematic impact project every month
Ongoing CTC Tampa vlogs and nonprofit storytelling
Our monthly community gathering + city wide activations
Creative, production, distribution, and operating costs

Become Part of It

You don’t need to run a nonprofit or have a massive platform to change your city.

Give $10. Give $25 a month. Fund an entire project. Volunteer. Introduce us to somebody doing great work. Share one of our stories with someone who needs to see it.

We want Tampa to become a city known for people who give a damn about where they live, and actually do something about it.
