Founded in 2022 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and long-standing systemic inequities, TRC was created as both a safe space and a catalyst for change. We partner with high school students and their families to support academic success, mental wellness, and youth leadership.

Programs like Changemakers and HOPE Seekers create opportunities for young people to lead, build confidence, and shape their futures—whether toward college, career, or community leadership.
