Giving at the Event

Changing the Tune is free to attend. During the program, guests will be invited to make a financial contribution to support ComMUSICation’s work. Most guests simply register now and choose whether to make a gift during the event itself, but for those who feel moved to give when registering, that support is always appreciated too!

There is no minimum gift expected. People give what they can, when they can. Our programs are sustained by many small, meaningful gifts that together ensure ComMUSICation remains free, accessible, and centered on young people.

Who This Event Is Designed For

Changing the Tune is designed especially for people who are newer to ComMUSICation or curious about our work. If you care about youth voice, creative expression, and building community through music, this event is a chance to experience what that looks and feels like in practice.

Community Builders help us draw our circle wider

Community Builders help bring new people into the ComMUSICation community by inviting friends, family members, neighbors, or colleagues to attend Changing the Tune with them.

If you believe in the transformative power of music, in creating spaces where community can happen, and in the importance of young people being seen and heard, you are one of the most meaningful ways new folks can find their way to CMC. Community Builders invite people in through relationships, not marketing, and help grow a community of support rooted in care, connection, and shared values. If You Cannot Attend

If you are unable to attend on April 2, you can still support ComMUSICation by making a gift through this registration page (just click the "Donate & Tickets" button) or signing up for our newsletter to stay connected to future performances and events.

Purchasing ComMUSICation merch is another way to share the values at the heart of this work and help spread the word about this community. While merch purchases provide modest direct support for our programs, you will also have the option to add a donation at checkout if you would like to make a deeper contribution.
