Help Us Build a Lifeline

Every day, families lose a father, a brother, a son, an uncle, a friend to suicide—men who felt they had no place to turn. The Check In was born from that heartbreak, inspired by the loss of a close friend who left this world too soon. This isn’t just a meeting. It’s a lifeline for men navigating silent battles, who need a place to connect, to heal, and to feel understood.

But we can’t do this alone. We need your help to continue providing this crucial support.

Our Goal: We’re raising $10,000 to fund a year of safe, accessible, and impactful meetings. Every dollar brings us closer to making sure that no man, regardless of his circumstances, feels he has to struggle alone.

Here’s what your donation will help provide:

- A Dedicated Meeting Space: A safe, welcoming place where men can open up and support one another. Having a consistent space allows them to feel grounded and connected—an anchor when the waters get rough.

- Outreach and Awareness: Every flyer, every message, every outreach effort helps us find another man who might be quietly fighting his own battles. By raising awareness, we’re ensuring more men know that they’re not alone.

- Food and Refreshments: A warm meal or a cup of coffee is sometimes all it takes to open up. Your support helps us create an environment where men feel at ease, welcomed, and valued.

- Professional Guidance: Guest speakers, mental health professionals, and therapists provide the guidance and support our group members need to find strength and tools for coping.

- Virtual Access: With the right tools, men who can’t join in person can still find connection and support. Virtual access means no one is excluded from this life-changing community.

Why Your Support Matters Now

Right now, someone’s father, brother, son, or friend is feeling alone, wondering if anyone would understand. Your support today is a step toward changing that, helping us reach the men who need us most, and ensuring that no man has to carry his burdens alone.

Please join us in this fight for men’s mental health. Share, donate, and help us make sure no man has to be alone.
