About Event

Join hosts Bella Conti and Annie Schneider for a morning of slow movement, breathwork and sound healing while we return to our center as a community. Echoes of the earth is an opportunity to release stagnant energy, balance your nervous system and become more present all while surrounded by like minded people here to support one another.

We will begin by welcoming one another into the space with an ice breaker question, then flow into a restorative Yin Yoga session, followed by somatic breathing. Sound Healing will also be a part of our workshop both during Yin and Breathwork, as we open our hearts and surrender to release, renewal and the deep harmony that lives within us. Afterwards we'll gather for conversation allowing one another to open up about our experience and any insights we may have had during the workshop.

About Bella Conti:

With a 200-hour yoga certification and a passion for embodied wellness, Bella is dedicated to helping others reconnect with their bodies and find freedom through movement, sound, and presence. She has spent the last month deepening her yoga practice in Costa Rica and is excited to share what she's learned. Bella has led sound healing sessions and facilitated contrast therapy experiences, always creating space for deep connection, community, and self-discovery. Guided by the belief that healing begins when we drop out of the mind and into the body, Bella invites others to explore stillness, sensation, and authentic expression.

About Annie Schneider:

As a college student, Annie became infatuated with the concept of the ego. She read all the books, listened to all the podcasts, and tried to implement every mental exercise out there in order to overcome the ego patterns that she had a very acute awareness of. However, there always seemed to be this barrier in the way of breaking through these dominating ego patterns. It wasn’t until she was introduced to breathwork that something clicked. Mental awareness, she realized, only takes you so far. If we do not first create space in the body by physically releasing stored and suppressed emotions, we are unable to hold and embody new beliefs, patterns and perceptions. After having several of her experiences with somatic breathwork, she decided to become certified herself to spread this incredible practice and remind others that healing truly does come from within.

What is Yin Yoga?

Yin yoga is a slow, meditative style of yoga that uses long-held, passive stretches to target deep connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, and joints. Poses are typically held for several minutes with relaxed muscles, allowing for deep stretching and increased mobility, especially in the hips and spine. The practice encourages stillness, mindful breathing, and introspection, helping to calm the nervous system and reduce stress. It’s a quiet, grounding complement to more active forms of exercise and yoga.

What is somatic breathwork?

Somatic Breathwork is a guided breathing practice designed to help you access and release stored tension, stress, and even unresolved trauma that the body has held onto, sometimes for years. Through specific breathing patterns, your nervous system shifts into a state where deeply buried emotions and experiences can safely surface and move through you. This process works with the body’s innate ability to heal, allowing you to let go of old patterns, open space for new energy, and feel more grounded, clear, and complete. Many participants describe it as a reset for both body and mind freeing them from weight they didn’t even realize they were carrying.
