Pause to Thrive addresses behavioral health and builds resilience from trauma and focuses on individuals and their needs to embrace self-care. Pause to Thrive programs empower participants with the confidence to embrace psychological, social, and spiritual health.

We are here to help you build a foundation upon which you will find your inner strength to face these challenges. Pause to Thrive is a community of people ready to help you awaken the potential of your mind and body, igniting the motivation within you to reach a heightened state of wellness. You will discover a new self-awareness and develop new behaviors through the experiences and camaraderie present in a supportive community.

Co-founders, Karen Rafiqi and Linda Savino have committed to combine their skills and decades of healthcare experience to improve the health and quality of life for families, communities, and workplace.
