Ready to get a little wet and muddy with us as we make the Yellow Breeches a cleaner, safer, more enjoyable waterway?

We are YBWA, a group of local watershed stewards, and we're teaming up for cleaning up!

Register to join us Sunday, August 9 for the annual Yellow Breeches clean-up trip. Bring your own boat, PFD (required for all participants), paddle(s), and water. We'll provide gloves, bags/buckets, shuttle and boat transport to/from launch points, as well as pre-trip hazard scouting and day-of safety planning. All registered participants will receive an event t-shirt (first-come, first-serve sizes). We will also provide lunch before we launch and dinner after we unload trash. This is a family-friendly event (recommended age: 12+) as long as any children can be safely supervised by a parent or guardian. What's next?

Click "REGISTER & DONATE" to sign up today as an individual or group* (maximum 6). Let us know who's coming and what type of boat you will bring so we can plan for transportation and safety. Deadline to register: August 3. *For groups larger than 6, please contact us to provide more details. If we are able to accommodate, we will provide instructions on how to register.
Add a suggested $10 donation per person to help cover the costs of food, shuttle, and insurance. You are welcome to give more! Any funds raised above our event costs will help buy watershed education supplies, cover tabling fees for outreach events, and support special projects.
Share this event page and help us raise funds to support YBWA outreach! All registered participants will have the option of being added to our fundraising team. It's easy! All you do is send us a photo and we'll add you or your group to our main page--then just share the page on social or by text/email and ask your friends, family, and colleagues to support you. When they make a donation, they will have the option of selecting a participant to "credit" their gift toward and can add a personal note to our event feed.

To save us the online transaction fees, please pay by ACH bank transfer or select "mail a check" and send your sponsorship to the address provided.
