We’re so excited to have you join us for a morning of climbing, coffee, and community.

Event Details

📍 Location: Jefferson or Boulder County
🕘 Time: 7:30am sharp! (time subject to change slightly)

We’ll gather at the meeting spot before heading to the climbing area together. Our guide + volunteers will have top ropes set up so we can spend the morning climbing, connecting, and enjoying time outside. Your guide will email you the week of the event to confirm location and timing of the event (in case we need to pivot due to weather)

If you need to borrow a harness or helmet, please make sure that you indicated that through your checkout experience.

Climb + Coffee Cancellation Policy

Climb + Coffee events have limited spots and require advance planning, instructor and volunteer scheduling, and many other moving logistical pieces. Because of this, the following cancellation policy applies.

All registrations are non-refundable.

7 days or more notice

Registrations may be transferred to a future Climb + Coffee, subject to availability.

Less than 7 days notice

Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If an event must be canceled by She Sends Collective due to unsafe weather, closures, or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered a transfer to a future Climb + Coffee or a full refund.
If weather conditions require changes, She Sends Collective may adjust the location, timing, or format of the event, including moving to an indoor option when available.

Refunds will only be issued if She Sends Collective cancels the event and no reasonable alternative can be provided.

Our sliding-scale pricing model works because participants commit to their spot.
