In July 2026, Chef Mark Allison will climb Mount Kilimanjaro for one reason: to turn a personal challenge into real help for families facing cancer.

This climb is deeply personal. Mark lost his first wife, Alison, after an eight-year battle with cancer. Through that journey, he saw the strength it takes to keep going, the weight families carry, and the importance of community when life becomes hardest.

Now, through Chefs Against Cancer, Mark is climbing for those we have lost, those still fighting, and the caregivers who show up every day.

Our goal is to raise $19,341, one dollar for every foot of Mount Kilimanjaro. Every donation helps support local cancer charities doing meaningful work for people and families in our community.

This is more than a climb.
