Join us for a community clothing swap where you can browse and take home pieces that feel right for you. All genders, sizes, and styles are welcome - whether you’re exploring your identity, updating your wardrobe, or just looking for something new.

HOW DOES IT WORK...?

👕 Bring clothing to donate if you’d like, but donations are not required to participate.  If you do bring items, we'll hang them for others to swap and likewise, you can take what you find appealing.

💸 This event is free to attend, though optional donations help support our nonprofit and future community programs.

👉 Bonus: Our host, Delirium Moon, will be open for business those two hours so you can visit their shop to see, and hopefully buy, the unique items they have for sale. Plus, with everything you buy they will be donating 10% of sales to Embrace and 5 Star Interiors will be matching my donation! So if you don't clothing that fits you maybe you'll find something to purchase that will brighten your day!

Now if you can't make it but you want to support Embrace Monroe's efforts to connect Monroe's LGBTQ+ community but want to help you can donate! Just click the donate link. It's that easy! Plus if you'd like to make your donation ongoing you can pick monthly donations! **Just so there are no surprises, our fundraising software Givebutter asks for a donation at checkout but you can turn it off. You'll see the following info in your cart at checkout: 'An optional tip allows EMBRACE MONROE to use Givebutter's 100% free fundraising platform and keeps it running for all nonprofits. Thank you! ' To avoid this, change the percentage amount to 'other' and then put in '0' as the amount to avoid this charge. About Us: Four friends got together and said we should form an LGBT group to help minorities in our community and guess what? We did! Of course we have a much longer story which you can read on our web about page. But the bottom line is this: Monroe needed a place for LGBTQ+ and allies to feel more than just tolerated. They want to feel Embraced by the community in Monroe...Embrace Monroe was then born. Since then we've been growing to include various groups and meet ups on a monthly basis and also the start of annual events. It's an exciting time and we're happy you're on this journey with us.
