Social isolation can be a major obstacle for those facing mental health challenges. The Clubhouse provides its members with a safe and welcoming place to go, a supportive community, and opportunities to contribute and find purpose.

Clubhouse Tulsa has launched the “Bridging the Gap” fundraiser to provide critical support during this time of urgent need. The campaign aims to keep the Clubhouse open and maintain its essential mental health services as the organization navigates changes and works toward long-term stability.

Last year, Clubhouse Tulsa faced substantial funding reductions that have created serious obstacles to ongoing operations. To stay open, the organization must dedicate the coming year to adapting its approach and identifying sustainable new revenue streams. As a first step, Clubhouse Tulsa is targeting $60,000 in the next few months to cover this planning phase and bridge immediate gaps.

About Us:

Clubhouse Tulsa, formerly Crossroads Clubhouse, is a mental health organization that has existed in Tulsa for 30 years. It follows the Clubhouse Model, an evidence-based model that focuses on reducing social isolation and improving self-worth among those with a mental health diagnosis. There are a total of three Clubhouses located in Oklahoma and over 370 Clubhouses around the world. Clubhouse Tulsa is the only organization of its kind in northeastern Oklahoma.

The Clubhouse provides free meals, a transportation program, assistance with accessing community resources and help seeking employment. The main role of the Clubhouse is to serve as a social support network for those who are at high risk of becoming socially isolated in their community. According to a 2024 study by Fountain House, this type of consistent, community-based support can reduce the number of more costly emergency mental health interventions, such as emergency room visits and crisis calls to first responders.
