As the calendar year draws to a close, we find ourselves reflecting on an extraordinary milestone: 75 years of the Charlotte Master Chorale. For three-quarters of a century—since 1951—our chorus has stood as a home for artistry, fellowship, and the shared belief that voices joined in harmony can inspire unity in our community.

This year, that mission feels especially urgent. Many in our city are facing uncertainty and fear, and the need for places where people are welcomed, seen, and supported has rarely felt greater. In the midst of these challenges, the Charlotte Master Chorale continues to model something different: connection over division, compassion over suspicion, and a community where every voice matters.
