They need (they deserve!) personalized, holistic, experiential, in-person healing for their heart (physical), and soul (spiritual) that overflows to impact the whole self.

To accomplish this ambitious mission CODE YOU is dedicated to equipping nurse leaders to embrace, employ and vigorously defend brave healing spaces for their nursing teams -- to acknowledge the acute need for more compassionate, reflective, empowered leadership. We help healthcare professionals develop their own spiritual care plan, find a deepening connection with God, and a restored heart and soul. We provide tools and support as they learn spiritual practices like breath prayer, gratitude journaling, in the car Yoga, meditative hikes, and art-based healing practices.

A $75 scholarship covers the cost for a half-day wholistic retreat for a nurse.

A $350 scholarship covers the cost of a 6-week leadership training and coaching to help a nurse leader become an endorsed CODE YOU retreat facilitator and a force multiplier for imacting the lives of nurses throughout their respective community.
