Did you know? Caffeine helps NICU babies breathe.

Your daily caffeine gets you through the day. Their daily caffeine can be a lifesaver.

Sometimes NICU babies, with their underdeveloped respiratory system, forget to breathe. Small doses of caffeine, carefully monitored by the medical team, help stimulate breathing, support heart function, and aid development.

As NICU teams support babies through each fragile milestone, Hand to Hold supports the families beside them.

Your generosity helps NICU parents breathe a little easier, too.

Help us raise $8,000 so NICU and bereaved families have someone to turn to during some of their hardest moments.

When a baby is born prematurely, parents are suddenly navigating monitors, alarms, medical terminology, difficult decisions, and overwhelming uncertainty. Hand to Hold gives families a place to turn for emotional support, practical guidance, and connection with people who understand.

When you donate the cost of a cup of coffee, you help give NICU and bereaved parents access to:

Peer mentors who have experienced the NICU
Professional mental health counseling
Virtual and/or in-person support groups
Educational resources that remind families they are not alone

Make your gift today and help brew hope for NICU families when they need it most.

Sip for Strength. Give for Hope.
