Collective Food Works Inc. is a Brooklyn-based nonprofit building more equitable food systems by connecting food access, workforce development, culinary education, sustainable agriculture, and economic opportunity.

We believe lasting food security requires more than access to food alone. Communities also need access to skills, knowledge, credentials, employment pathways, entrepreneurship opportunities, and the resources to build healthier, more resilient futures.

Through our programs, we help young people, adults, families, and communities gain practical tools that create real possibility. Our work includes hands-on culinary and hospitality training, workforce development and industry credentials, food and nutrition access, agricultural education, entrepreneurship, and community-based learning.

Our mission is to strengthen communities from the ground up — using food as a pathway to wellness, economic mobility, and greater opportunity.
