It's time enjoy the Summer time vibes and our yoga practice in the park!

This community event is open to everyone, all ages, come on your own or bring a friend and/or family member. Experience is not necessary this class is for all levels.

What: Community Family Yoga in the Park, Time to Connect, Move, Breath, Enjoy Nature, Share Laughter, Imagine, To Be.

When: Saturday, July 12th, 10-11am

Where: Seward Park 5900 Lake Washington Blvd S, Seattle, WA 98118. Located Next to the Playground near the Upper Parking Lot, Under the trees.

Why: To have Fun, fill your cup, relax, give some love and attention to your nervous system, connect with nature, yourself, and the community.

How much and other info:

This is a benefit class for Space Between and it is Pay what you can, if you can, if not come anyway!

Suggested donation is $25.00/family

Show up! Yoga mats will be provided. Please bring some water with you.
