At Postured In Kindness, we believe that community restoration begins with showing up for our neighbors. On Sunday, July 19th, our team is heading to the Community Food Pantry of McKinney (located at 307 Smith St) to lock arms and serve.

We need 15 dedicated volunteers per shift:

Morning Shift: 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Afternoon Shift: 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM

Volunteer Duties:

We will be jumping in to help with daily pantry operations, including unloading incoming donations, unpacking boxes, organizing food shelves, and cleaning the space.

Our $500 Goal:

Financial donations up to our goal will go toward equipping our volunteer team with official Postured In Kindness T-shirts and purchasing bulk supplies for the pantry shelves. Any overflow funds raised beyond our immediate event goal will go directly to our general Postured In Kindness community outreach fund to help us stabilize and serve local families throughout the year.

Items You Can Donate:

Whether you are volunteering or dropping off supplies, you are highly encouraged to pull items right from your own kitchen cabinets!

High-Priority Emergency Needs: Pop-top canned tuna/chicken, beef sticks, protein bars, kids lunchbox snacks, applesauce pouches, peanut butter crackers, diapers, baby formula, and toilet paper.

Standard Items Accepted: Unopened, unexpired staples like canned veggies/fruits, soup, rice, dry beans, pasta, Mac & Cheese, peanut butter, jelly, flour, sugar, and cooking oils.
