Doors will open for a social/happy hour at 6pm, with dinner service beginning at at 6:45 and a program to follow. Vegetarian, vegan, nut free, and gluten free dietary needs can be accommodated. Please ensure you note this when purchasing your ticket. You can expect to see guests in attire that varies from casual to semi formal. Please attend in whatever you are most comfortable in! This event will be held primarily indoors but the venue includes a beautiful wrap around porch for your enjoyment so please dress for the MI weather. A raffle and silent auction will be the main avenues for fundraising and will run from 6:00pm-8:00pm. A smart phone will be the easiest and most efficient way to participate in the raffle and silent auction. iPads will be on site for those who would rather not use their personal devices. Parking at John Ball Zoo is free, with use of the Funicular for guests the full duration of the event.  Dropoff at the doors of the Bissell Tree House is available to anyone with mobility needs as the Funicular is not wheelchair or walker accessible.
