Tuesday afternoon Update

We are calling her Sasha. She's at CARES Veterinary hospital in Studio City (LA). She has been treated for her wound and pain management. We can visually see how bad this is on her face. The surgeon will consult with our team Wednesday on the injuries and prognosis.

We don't know what kind of injury we are dealing with. Her face is badly swollen and there are lacerations. She also likely has a broken paw.

For now, keep Sasha in your thoughts!

Hurt dog in Compton 💔

We were contacted by someone last night in Compton who had seen this dog lying there for THREE DAYS. The dog is hurt, likely with a broken paw and a raw wound that is bleeding from the face. We believe they were hit by a car.

With the help of a village of incredible caring people, we have secured this beautiful pup and taken them to CARES for emergency medical care. We don't know how bad it is, or how much it will cost. But we will do whatever we can with the support of our amazing donors.

Thank you 🙏

Here she is in the car on the way to CARES.
