The event will be held at The Well in Norman from 11am to 2pm and is open to the public. Bakers will be invited to set up as early as 10am with tear down concluding at 3pm. Each participant will be provided with a round table and two chairs. 10:00 am Event Hall at the Well opens for Vendor Set Up 10:45 am Vendors must have set-up complete 11:00 am Milk and Cookies Opening Toast, Cookiefest opens to public 2:00 pm Cookiefest closes to public, tear down and ticket counting begins 3:00 pm Tear down concludes
