Here is the problem-

Foster and adoptive families who step up to help kids in crisis are frequently under-resourced and under-supported themselves, which puts the whole placement at risk. And in the middle of all that chaos, these kids' need for stability, family, and faith often goes unheard entirely.

So the core problem is really three layers deep: kids in crisis without an advocate, families willing to help but lacking resources, and a systemic gap between crisis and permanency that nobody is fully closing. Ignite Hope was created to fill that gap!

What outcome does Ignite Hope Create?

A.R.E. -(Advocate.Resource.Engage) guides Ignite Hope in everything we do.

Advocacy: kids in crisis get a voice in rooms where decisions about their future are being made — in courtrooms, in churches, in the public square — instead of moving through the system unseen.

Resourcing: Because of Ignite Hope foster and adoptive families A.R.E. able to stay in the fight, instead of burning out, because they've got practical support (like The Hope Chest tangible needs closet) and biblical grounding behind them.

Engagement: Leveraging Ignite Hope’s broader community, churches, volunteers, businesses and donors A.R.E. pulled off the sidelines and into the work directly. This helps kids move from crisis to permanency surrounded by people actively invested in their story, not just services delivered at a distance.

The Through-line of Ignite Hope’s programs and services is measurable reach (141,000+ people across 26 countries) and a spiritual outcome that's harder to quantify. Ignite Hope’s programs and wrap around services allow kids and families to encounter HOPE and faith in the middle of their hardest season.

Thank you for supporting the mission God has called us to carry out!
