The Courthouse Illumination Project is a community-led initiative focused on bringing light, pride, and a vibrant sense of togetherness to the heart of Coshocton County. Centered around our historic Courthouse, this project aims to expand upon the beautiful lighting displays already in place—enhancing the entire square, including the newly built Veteran’s Memorial Plaza and our gazebo.

Our vision is to make the Courthouse lawn a year-round destination—a place where residents and visitors alike can gather, celebrate, reflect, and connect. From holidays and special events to casual strolls downtown, this display will help transform Coshocton into a place people not only love to live in, but want to visit. As we expand lighting coverage, integrate music, and look ahead to adding seasonal features, we invite you to help us bring this space to life.

All funds raised are pure donations—no taxpayer dollars are used—and go directly to enhancing and maintaining this project. The Coshocton County Chamber of Commerce proudly serves as our fiscal agent, helping us ensure transparency and impact every step of the way.
