A Texas Christmas Celebration with a Purpose

Generous hearts make extraordinary things possible. This Christmas, celebrate with purpose.

Join us on Friday, December 11, for Cowboy Christmas, an elegant Western fundraising dinner and dance benefiting the Fayetteville Community Center & Performance Theater.

For one special evening, we’ll bring together the warmth of Christmas, Texas hospitality, and the generosity of friends who believe in the power of community.

The evening begins with Cocktail Hour and authentic cowboy entertainment, followed by dinner and dancing featuring the Blue Denim Band. Guests can expect an unforgettable celebration filled with beautiful holiday surroundings, great food, music, and plenty of Christmas spirit—all with a distinctly Texas touch.

More Than a Christmas Party

Cowboy Christmas is a celebration with a purpose.

The Fayetteville Community Center & Performance Theater exists to create a place where people can gather, connect, learn, celebrate, and experience the arts. From community programs and educational opportunities to live music, cultural events and future performing arts programming, our vision extends far beyond the walls of our building.

Your participation in Cowboy Christmas helps us continue building that future.

Our Goal: $75,000

With the generous support of event underwriters and business sponsors helping offset the costs of the evening, our goal is to raise $75,000 through:

10 Table Sponsorships • Dessert Auction • Charitable Gifts

Tables are $5,000 for up to 10 guests, creating an intimate evening for approximately 100 supporters.

During dinner, guests will also have the opportunity to participate in a special dessert auction featuring locally made desserts generously donated in support of our mission.

Can't attend Cowboy Christmas? You can still be part of what we're building by making a charitable gift through this campaign.
