Welcome to the Redstick CARES Crawfish Cookoff, our most exciting and delicious fundraiser
of the year! This event brings together the best crawfish boilers from the Greater Baton Rouge
area, each showcasing their coveted crawfish recipes, all for a great cause. We invite you to join us
in making 2025’s Cookoff a resounding success!

Our organization, Redstick C.A.R.E.S., is committed to building a resilient community by
improving the community’s behavioral, mental and social health through human connection.
Redstick C.A.R.E.S. offers activities and programs with over 40 happening at their Essen Lane
location weekly.

Funds raised from the Redstick C.A.R.E.S. Crawfish Cookoff will go directly to the operating
budget of Redstick C.A.R.E.S. to support the programs and activities provided to the community to
further our mission. Last year, we were able to touch the lives of thousands of people in the Greater
Baton Rouge area through activities, programs, food and clothing pantries, and outreach. One of
our most notable achievements is our Exceptional Summer Program for teens and young adults
with special needs. It’s the only camp of its kind in our area!
