The Challenge Program, Inc.’s mission is to motivate high school students to develop the habits required to succeed in school and in their careers by building business/education partnerships.

The Challenge Program Rising Star Award

Join us for our 19th Annual Event honoring three Challenge Program Rising Star Finalists (previously the Student of the Year award) and celebrating the achievements of thousands of students participating in The Challenge Program, Inc. This event raises funds to support the growth and expansion of the program.

The InFirst Bank Commitment to Community Service Award

The Commitment to Community Service Award honors a student whose actions reflect a deep commitment to service, leadership, and creating positive change within their community. This award is presented with the support of InFirst Bank, whose dedication to community impact helps make this recognition possible.

Enjoy an open bar, dinner, and hear from our student alumni speaker, Dakota Hanson, the 2026 Rising Star Award recipient.
