Ensures participants are supported by Certified Direct Care Professionals throughout their community adventure.

💙 $250 — Provides accessible transportation for a group outing
Makes it possible for participants to travel together safely and easily.

Supports a complete day: transportation, admissions, meals, staffing, and activity fees.

Community Support Network, Inc. (CSN) supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to lead independent lives within their community. Our goal is simple: ensure everyone, no matter their abilities, is part of community life.

CSN operates two key programs. The Supported Employment Program assists individuals in finding and maintaining meaningful employment, fostering independence and financial security. Our Enrichment Program offers activities like art, music, and life skills workshops to promote personal growth and social interaction.

CSN's impact goes beyond the individuals we serve. By fostering inclusivity and changing perceptions, we help build a more caring community where everyone belongs. By empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to thrive independently, CSN plays a vital role in creating a more equitable and compassionate society. Through our programs, participants gain confidence, skills, and a sense of belonging, enriching their lives and the community.
