Cushing's 14th Annual Decathlon will be held on Friday Oct., 9th .It is a field day filled with fun, friendship and community, and it is our school's ONE, big fundraising event to support fun and learning throughout the school year.

The Decathlon challenges students to tackle ten events, raising funds through donations for their efforts. Some events include long jump, hula hoop and relay races (to name a few)! 4K has a special course of their own!

This event is held during the school day at St. John's Military Academy, and family/friends volunteer to make the event a success! ALL students will receive a Decathlon t-shirt.

We are asking that each student set a goal of at least $50, so we can work as one team to meet our goal of $23,500. This is a great opportunity to ask family and friends to contribute or utilize a company match program, especially because this is our ONE ASK during the school year. Reaching our Decathlon goal ensures we don't need the ancillary fundraisers anymore - pretzels, wrapping paper, coffee, movie passes, etc. where we are often asking friends and family to buy items many times throughout the school year.
