Custom Climbing Instruction through She Sends was created to offer a more personalized, supportive, and empowering experience for climbers who want to grow on their own terms.

While She Sends prioritizes creating supportive spaces for women and TGNC (trans and gender non-conforming) climbers, these instruction days are open to people of all genders. We welcome climbers who value inclusive outdoor spaces and want to support guides and educators who exist within the gender minority in climbing. This space centers encouragement, curiosity, respect, and the uplifting of femininity in the outdoors.

Whether clinic dates don’t align with your schedule, you’re looking for instruction tailored to your specific ability level, or you simply want a safer and more intentional space to explore climbing, this experience is built for you.

These custom days are designed around your goals — whether that means building confidence outdoors, refining movement, learning technical systems, projecting harder routes, or expanding your overall climbing knowledge. You’ll receive individualized coaching, mentorship, and support in an environment that prioritizes education, connection, and empowerment over pressure or performance.
