In these Circles, we practice elements of NVC/Compassionate Communication. It's helpful to arrive with a list of needs and values (click here for an example). This is open to newcomers and people familiar with Nonviolent Communication, and is a drop in space where you practice deep listening and can enjoy being heard.

Expectations:

We ask that you arrive on camera in a well lit and stable place. (We understand if you need to take care of your needs, go off camera for a short bit, but ask that you communicate with us so we can mimic what an in person Listening Circle can feel like). We have had interlopers come on our zooms, take recordings, and then reach out to us to try to sell us the content, so this is about maintaining a space of connection.

Also, those who join 10 minutes after the start of the Zoom will not be admitted so that we can minimize disruption.
