As President of ALP Consulting Services, I have the privilege of helping entrepreneurs, families, and small businesses build stronger futures every day. I've learned firsthand that lasting success takes courage, resilience, and a community that opens doors for others. That belief has shaped both my career and my commitment to giving back because I know that when we create opportunities for people, our entire community grows stronger.
That's why it is such an honor to dance in support of the Orange County Children's Therapeutic Arts Center (OCCTAC).
I first learned about OCCTAC through my dear friend Martha Rivera, who shared how she walked through its doors at just eleven years old. That first step introduced her to music, art, drawing, and, most importantly, a place where she felt she truly belonged. Her story reminded me how one opportunity at the right time can leave a lifelong impact.
As a mother, that message resonates deeply with me. I want my son to grow up in a community where creativity is celebrated, differences are embraced, and every child has the chance to discover their unique gifts. OCCTAC creates that kind of environment by providing therapeutic arts, educational programs, and inclusive experiences for children of all abilities, including those with special needs, while supporting their families every step of the way.
This mission aligns so closely with my own values. Whether I'm helping someone launch a business, achieve financial stability, or connect people with the resources they need, my purpose has always been to help others reach their full potential. I believe our greatest legacy is creating spaces where the next generation can grow with confidence, compassion, and hope.
