DAP Services & Resources was founded in 2021 with one mission: to bring stability, dignity, and real support to seniors facing housing insecurity, chronic illness, and barriers to care. We stand in the gap for older adults and medically fragile individuals who are too often left to navigate overwhelming systems alone.

The Senior Stability Program

The Senior Stability Program addresses the most critical gaps in housing and healthcare for seniors aged 60+ and individuals of any age living with chronic illnesses who are experiencing homelessness or housing instability.
Our goal is simple and bold:
to transition individuals from homelessness to stable housing without any return to homelessness in between.

Through strong community partnerships and comprehensive services — including care coordination, resource facilitation, benefit navigation, and health and wellness support — we ensure our clients receive the wraparound care they need to stabilize their lives. This integrated approach improves quality of life, reduces strain on emergency and crisis systems, and advances our mission to address inequity in aging and healthcare.

The Walk-In Senior Resource Center

Our Walk-In Senior Resource Center is already operational offering same-day, no-appointment support for seniors and medically fragile adults who need immediate assistance. From benefit applications to healthcare navigation, our team ensures clients leave with clarity, support, and next steps they can trust.

This center is a lifeline for those who would otherwise fall through the cracks of traditional systems.

Harbor House: A Safe Landing for Seniors in Crisis

Harbor House is our transitional housing program for seniors and adults with chronic illnesses who have nowhere safe to go. Residents receive stable housing, care coordination, medication support, transportation, and daily support designed to rebuild stability.
